In OrgWeaver, you can decide exactly how to place data in an org chart box and change sizes of boxes.
Just go to the top toolbar, hover over the gear icon, and click "Edit layout"
Choose what data to show in your org chart
One the left side is a list of the data that is available to you to add to your org chart. To add it, just click the data you want, and drag it over into the "Design area".
Drag and drop to arrange data in the "Design area"
You have complete flexibility for arranging your data. Drag and drop anywhere in the blue box. Grab the white triangle corner to change how much space the data occupies in the org chart. Use the toolbar to change fonts, align data, delete data, or change from a circle to a square profile pic.
Make different designs for managers and normal positions
In OrgWeaver, we have two main ways for showing an org chart box (Managers and Normal). You can put different types of data in each type of box. For instance, it's good to know how many people are in a manager's organization. However, that information is irrelevant for people with normal positions with no one reporting to them. Toggle between these two types in the top left.
Finish, view, and save
Click "OK" to view your new org chart design. It will be visible until you change the org chart view. If you like it and want to quickly come back to it later, you can save it by clicking "Save current layout". You can then create an easy-to-remember name for this view of your org chart. For instance, it's nice to make different views for different audiences (HR, Finance, Management, Employees, etc.). After you have saved several org chart views, you can quickly switch between them by clicking the stars.
